Help crashes Submit

[Blasters]

Ok so i had to a new instal of everything and know submit seems to be making the game crash after scenes at the end when your pose to get tied up it just crashes and i cant figure out why. I have everything that it reqs plus all the req for everything else and it all works fine untell i activate submit any idys what could be wrong?
