so what code do i use to use an image as a link in my sig

I'm not sure if this is what you ask, but you can place your image link within a URL like this: 

[url=http://myurl.com][img=http://myimage.com/myimage.jpg][/url]

thanks its just when i do it, nothing shows up except txt, can i do this with the special bbcode, or just type in txt

Like this:

 

Make your link with the little picture icon when you're in edit signature mode. (It has to be uploaded somewhere like... Imgur or something... and use that direct link, then highlight the image that comes up, click the little link button with the green dot, then past the link of where it's supposed to go, then voila, you're done.
