I have tried everything but I cannot get the sex mods to work. all I get is the T pose. I can get other animations to work like running, magic cast and ect. any ideas? maybe my loading pocess or not the right mods?

Have you run FNIS? (Fores New Idles in Skyrim).

 

If you install a mod that changes or adds animations, you need to run FNIS before those new animations are registered with the game. Install it using a mod manager of some kind, and find it on the Skyrim Nexus.

 

Having the motionless 'T' pose generally means the animation being requested isn't registered. Remember, every time you add or remove a mod that has animations with it (like Sexlab itself), run FNIS!

 

Edit: When you run the program, remember to hit the button to start it up and let it do its things. "Create animation registry" or whatever. Also there's an extra addon over there on its page if you want creature animations too.

 

The page on the Skyrim Nexus will have all the tutorial you need.

-Installed all Fnis files and ran patcher?

-Ran Fnis through MO?

-XP32 Skeleton too high in the left panel? Its clearly overwritten by something.

-Overwrite folder at the bottom full of random files?

Patcher? you mean generatefnisforusers? I'll move XPMS. So install FNIS thru MO and not just drop it into the files? when I try to load FNIS thru MO I get a sorta error
