Crashing when I wait

I'm doing the quest Unfriendly Competition where i'm supposed to follow Thoronir after he closes his shop. I'm trying to wait until evening but every time it finishes waiting the load screen comes up and then the game crashes with the error "Oblivion has stopped working".

 

I did a fresh install of Oblivion today and added a few mods as you can see:

 

 

 

 

 

 

I run the game with OBSE and I'm on Windows 8.

 

Please help, I really want to play this game again!

Don't know why, but your load order is not ok.

Alright I changed the load order as you suggested. I no longer CTD immediately after the load screen. Now I can walk around for a few seconds and then it CTDs.

 

I did installed to Program Files. Is that still a problem even if I run the programs as administrator?

Disabled all the natural environments esp's and no more CTD. Hmmm

 

Edit: Narrowed it down to Natural Weathers HDR

 

I have HDR enabled in the game launcher if that makes a difference.

 

Is there any reason to use this instead of the regular Natural Weathers esp?
