Breezehome conflict

Hey guys i recently started using Breezehome TNF - Elianora's Flavour and i was pretty happy with it. Long story short i reinstalled the game including my mods and started a fresh new game. But for some reason when i purchased breezehome and entered i had 2 of everything (doors , decorations ) or perhaps 2 breezehomes clashing into each other

I dont remember adding anything new that affects  breezehome but something is obviously causing trouble. After i uninstalled TNF - Elianora's Flavour this is what i was left with

Kinda looks like remnants of the one which i just removed but everything seems to be ok. No double doors , nothing seems oddly out of place. But it still isnt the vanilla breezehome. Didnt i properly uninstall the mod or is another mod making these changes and conflicting with TNF . I need help !

Have you tried just opening up the console, start clicking around on different objects, and see the originating .esp ?
