h4yw0rthy Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Hi, I often go into a Warmaidens or to a blacksmith and find there are some weapons / magic artefacts that I can't quite afford but would like to buy. I'd like to suggest a mod where players can ask for discount. Maybe if it is only a few gold coins then it might just be granted as a favour, for larger amounts then you might need to do something for the merchant to make up the money (could be a small quest, or a favour). For a much larger amount you could end up in debt to a loan shark with high interest rates, who may just end up capturing you and selling you to a circus or something to get his money back. It might integrate with Skooma Whore, and you might end up being pimped out to earn the money. On the plus side, you could find yourself with a magical item which could be useful, especially for low level characters, which might help advance your gameplay. Just a suggestion,.. I have no idea how to make a mod myself, but someone else might like to try...

But yes having a choice on how you would like to get a discount is very nice idea roleplay wise ^^ same with the "bad ending" where they take you somewhere to work off your debt, like Cidhna mine or yes, Skooma Whore ^^
