Implementing hair from another game into skyrim

I've spend aaall day looking for guides on this. This is for specifically blender if that's even possible! Either way, i have no experience or anything with blender or anything else. But i have managed to get the hair itself into blender. But that's about all i accomplished in a half day ^^'

 

So does anyone know how to go through the whole process of converting hair from another game to skyrim STEP BY STEP. Cause i can literally not find any guides for this at all D:
