My lovely husband upgraded my motherboard, CPU to an i5, card to a 960, and Windows 8 but now every time I place the ENB host file in my game file my game starts up but then after the Bethesda logo before the Imperial logo comes up I get a CTD. I've even tried the Injector and giving the host file admin rights. Thanks in advance...

Did you try installing this yet? http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=35 Try the enblocal.ini settings from here: http://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost (with UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false, since you want to use ENB's visuals I suppose)
Uriel Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Any AV smartasses around your Win8? Those like to block enbhost silently. Are your win8 x64?(no idea if there's an x86) What's in your enblocal.ini?
