sexlab framework wont download

updated the title to be more specific

 

So ive been trying to download sexlab framework, ive downloaded Fnis  skse and the other thing but then when i try to download it it says that it cant open the type of file it is aka .7z . it does this as well for all the other mods on the site. its probably my fault but if someone knows what to do plz help.
