Can't load outdoor saves.

So I just did a clean re-install of Skyrim and installed a bunch of new mods and everything. It runs great, but whenever I try to load a save, if it's outdoors it just crashes. I tried playing with some skyrim.ini settings and by increasing some of the outdoor settings it can just load indefinitely. Since I literally just installed everything this past weekend, all utilities like FNIS and SKSE are at the newest versions.

I didn't have Papryus activated, but I just activated it and tried again to get a log. I also notice that I get a message every time I load a game that CME is being interfered with by another mod or something. And that "LOOKUP FAILED" with two options to click, but nothing actually written for either option, just that the selection bar appears in two spots on that window.

Can you load any indoor save fine? Try making a new toon, save it right in the prison (if you have alternate start installed), then try to load the save you wanted without exiting to the main menu. If it loads fine, then I guess it's just the usual ^^

I made a new toon to see if the problem persisted. Before that toon I fixed some bad Devious files which just showed up as an error that needed a clean save for. I loaded up a save of that toon indoors, loads fine. In fact, every load for that toon works. Inside a house, Riften, and outside Riften. But then I tried loading from that save to the previous toon that I know would CTD on loading outdoors and still crashed.

When in the main menu, open the console, enter "coc qasmoke", let all mods finish initializing, save using the console command "save [YourSaveGameNameHere]", exit the game, start the game again, load the qasmoke save and try loading your main save from there. if this doesn't help either, then i guess it's not worth the time and effort that's needed to try and restore the bugged savegame into a "functional" state.
