Yesterday i tryed for the 1st time to change an armor slot that was using the body slot 32 and i m not sure i did everything right since it appears invisible and i have an invisible body too. The armor in question is black jacket from ldw. This is what i did: opened the file in nifskope, deleted the body and under armor(so that only jacket was there) and then changed the armor slot of buttons and the jacket from 32 to sbd 57. Now i opened the CK and loaded the esp file containing the armor. I then changed the biped slots of that armor in both "armor" and "armor addon". Saved and closed. What did i do wrong? Thanks in advance for help!

Thehunteroftruth Posted January 20, 2015 Author Posted January 20, 2015 Ok i was able to do that. The CK simply hadn't saved the changes. One last question: what name should i use when saving the new esp? Does it matter? Also should i delete the old esp?
JRCosta Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 You can overwrite the esp (just make sure you have an original zip/rar/7z copy around), it is the usual way. For a new esp, anything should do, a good approach is to use the mod original name with the new slot number in the end or any slot change reference in case you forget.
