Magnus Thorek Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 I'm probably the only person that can't make CBBE work perfectly with ModOrganizer. It's all installed correctly, the BodySlide was added to Mod Organizer so I can run it through it and thus modded armors/clothes can be recognized, I've created an HDT based preset to use with HDT armors and with a compatible skeleton (XPMSE) and the armors "apparently" receive the choices I made but, when completely nude (for testing purposes only), the body is way too different from what I can see in Bodyslide's Previews. And I say "apparently" because, for example, if defining large breasts and clicking the Batch Build, ChronoTrigger77's HDT armors shows the character and NPCs using his armors with large breasts, but the other... "properties", like... Breast Gravity, defined as 0% as test, doesn't seem to work, and character's breasts are not... "pushed up"? (I don't really know how to describe it). This is what I would expect to see when nude: But it's not even close. I'll probably not provide an ingame picture because it's crashing somewhat constantly nowadays. And both definitions, small and big, are with the same settings, so character weight should not be the problem. Also, I had to change reduce the Breast Scale slider in RaceMenu because the definitions I've made were so different that the breasts became giant zeppelins. And NO, this reduction didn't change the results when nude, so it's not a false-positive. Any ideas?
ousnius Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Before batch building, save your settings as a preset (in the CBAdvanced group) and select it. After the batch build, build the preferred nude body again by itself. Make sure you have the latest version of XPMSE installed (or a somewhat recent one). In case you use blabba's "HDT Body" - that one has rigging issues. Try the "CBBE Body HDT" that comes with BodySlide 2.2d instead. EDIT: Oh, and remove the nude body files from the Remodeled Armor mod (go to the MO mods folder and delete them manually). When running BodySlide from inside the CBBE mod, the body that comes with Remodeled Armor will overwrite your custom one, because MO overwrites the files in the CBBE mod instead. When running BodySlide as its own mod however, it's gonna work.
Magnus Thorek Posted May 4, 2015 Author Posted May 4, 2015 After a very long time I'm here again to "complain" a little more. The new versions of CBBE included a RaceMenu plugin to manage the morphs. With this I thought I would have some success (and in fact I had) but I don't know, it's not a... "natural" procedure. I always thought that chosing an Outfit/Body and creating a preset for it and then create the body(ies), manually or through the Batch Build, would be enough to make the armors/clothes I've downloaded, after equipped, look like what I defined in BodySlide. But it's like that! Recently I've found this "armor". I chose it as Outfit/Body and applied my Preset and nothing happened, visually speaking. I thought the problem could be because when running BodySlide through ModOrganizer all meshes are saved in the "overwrite" directory, but I tried to make a mod from the files (as suggested by MO itself) and the results were the same (default flat boobs). So I ran BodySlide again, but this time I checked the RaceMenu Morphs option and, in game, I regenerate my character with RaceMenu and only then I saw something like I was expecting. But this is a terrible workaround because 1) I would have to open the RaceMenu everytime I wanted to changed my clothes/armor; 2) The body would be applied only to my character, not the followers wearing the armors and 3) RaceMenu sliders work differently of BodySlide's sliders, offering a fine tune I don't have with the later. I just can't believe that! What I'm doing wrong?
