Need help figuring out fixing a texture issue please

Hey all, I hope this is the correct forum. I recently move over from NMM to MO (like a couple of days ago) I thought everything went smoothly until I got to Riften..

 

And saw dear old Keerava

 

 

 

 

Its just strange to me cause I had JUST seen a Pilgrim argonian (from the populated cities mod)

 walking around with the correct scaly skin. 

 

I use CBBE body

SG skin textures 

and XPS extended skelton. where would I need to start to correct this issue? perhaps move something in my load order? just not sure what exactly.

 

Or maybe someone have had this issue before and can enlighten me on what it is?

Well you could try adding this mod Argonian CBBE plus Tattoo which is just a texture mod. You could then see if it's overwriting any other mods (red minus sign or blue plus) which might point you to the offending mod.
