I have it installed in one profile and it only had the underwear thing at first, then it corrected itself. Don't know what else to say because there isn't much you can do with the mod, just install it and go. Maybe a load order issue or an adjustment in the MCM?

I dont think Vector reads loverslab.  You'll probably need to go ask in Hall of Torque where you got the mod.
