HDT texture

Texture is only the picture that is being projected on a model. When you see lots of weird lines/planes like this, it cannot be a texture problem.


I'd say the HDT nodes didn't load correctly on Phinis, or HDT didn't attach to these nodes, or something similar. This can make the vertices/nodes that are affected by HDT act up and move to weird places.

This is just a guess though. I had this a couple times with my HDT hair. I just had to restart the game and it was all good.
