I am confused about the mod's resources. All I need is just one esp file? It seems hardly to believe that this mod is 226 KB.

Yea, all it contains is scripting and uses vanilla items so that is why it is so small.

Note: It may not play well with better cities should you have that installed and for the love of all that is holy make a copy of your latest saved game and put it somewhere safe as this mod has the potential to kill off non-essential quest giving or dependent npc's!
