speckledsnake Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Ok guys, I have the UNP HDT-PE BBP TBBP body, which is awesome. Everyone jiggles (though the NPC's clothes restrict it, but when I get em naked, bam). I have Fair Skin Complexion, with the sweaty option, because I work way harder than these louts around Skyrim. But unfortunately, aforementioned louts are also sweating. Is there a way to prevent NPCs from getting the textures (I'm fine with them having the body) that I use? Or, is there an NPC-only mod for textures? Every mod I find to give my toon better textures also applies it to NPCs as well.
gvman3670 Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Custom race. They have their own filepath. Install the ones you want your PC to have into that custom race's folder then normally install the textures you want the NPCs to have.

Install custom race X, and then install FSC - but name it the same as the custom race mod - and select "merge" so it overwrites whatever appropriate textures/tints? Or do this manually through actual drag/drop/replace in skyrim/mod organizer/mods/custom race x?
gvman3670 Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 With MO you can do it right in the MO/mods folder. If you used manual or NMM installs you go into Skryim/data/...blah blah blah to add the textures to your custom race. When you just do a "normal" install that will be the default texture for the vanilla races (because of their filepaths).
