LoverslandE is from Oblivion, main function is lesser clothes(script to check breast and ass exposed) will more easily get raped by npc.

The Wet and Cold have script to check Dragonborn's exposed, I know a guy use Cursed loot and Wet and Cold, when he open a chest in snowfield, immediately freeze to death.

My idea is add comment for Dragonborn's outfit/exposed and approach(stalker/sex/prostitution/rape) Dragonborn in some case.

I thought frostfall is the mod that has the whole dying from cold thing.

 

Also a mod like that sort of exist with Lovers Victim, but it is pretty much abandon.

 

To recreate Oblivion's LandE in Skyrim could be difficult because of how armor and clothing slots are done in Oblivion vs Skyrim.

Oblivion, for simplicity sake, has a shirt slot and a pants slot, with robes type equipment covering both. So it is easy to guess if a character is topless, bottomless or naked. (revealing armor aside)

In Skyrim vanilla clothing/armor only has 1 slot that governs both top and bottom, so the character is either clothed or naked.

There's also the keyword route which again Skyrim only offers either it is a body armor/clothing or not.

The new mod "More Devious Quests" adds comments if you're wearing any Devious Device.

 

Your idea actually exists ... for Fallout New Vegas

 

Which brings me to why it's a bit hard : it requires 2 mods to do it. First, you'd have to build a framework that can classify some armor as skimpy/slutty/exposed. Then you need the mod that makes NPC's make comments depending on how you classified what you're wearing. you can either make the approaching part a new mod or put in in the second one, but it all comes down to : It's a pretty long process to be done by one person alone

 

As for the Approach part, we've got some mods that do it. Lover's Victim adds a chance for people to rape naked women (not sure 'bout males) and you can mark armors as "naked" with Aroused. There's also SexLab Approach, though I haven't tried it myself yet. Hormones adds a chance to be raped after being used publicly  although it's not that modular so you can't turn off, say, everything just to keep that, so if you don't like the other features or if it's straining your system, it's not much of an option.
