Merging multiple RaceCompatibility.esm files?

I apologize ahead because I think this has been covered before, but my search skills don't lead me to what I want to know >_>

Please kindly redirect me if you know the site that has the information if you have it on hand.

If you may though, please read on and personally guide me here please.

Even telling me it's not a good idea helps~!

This problem(?) I have is because I want to use multiple custom races (like ronzo, not custormnord from "custom races") for making followers using Familiar Faces for personal use.

(My initial guess was to do a temporary installation of a race, generating face, then uninstall, then exporting it onto a custom race follower on the nexus (sorry...) but the ones I see that actually allow the custom race to retain its unique properties need the original custom race files to work, so I came back to this thought.)

I personally haven't tried it since I'm too scared of doing "dirty" overwrites and rewrites (light CTD paranoia!?), but I noticed majority of the custom races have a RaceCompatibility.esm included in the installation files - My guess is if I overwrite the RaceCompatibility.esm, the .esm only works for the newer installed custom race (zwei) and cause problems for the custom race (ein) and/or prevent it from being available on the racemenu selection.

Please forgive me if my guess is totally off since I have no scripting ability and haven't even bothered to look into the actual .esms and guess that they might edit similar areas...

(I would feel silly if the RaceCompatibility.esm is complimentary and uses the original, not a specially configured RaceCompatibility.esm for specific custom race. Assuming that it is a specially modified .esm...)

Is it possible to merge (with Merge Plugins xEdit Script) multiple RaceCompatibility.esm files, especially when the file name is the same?

or... do I merge the files of a custom race into a single .esp and just run multiple? (=virtually running several RaceCompatibility.esm files and hoping it doesn't conflict?)

(I won't use Better Vampries since it seems to complicate things, or is my configuration answer there?)

...this is all the methods I can think of now with my low modding experience and derping brain >_>

Make sure none of your other included versions overwrite the version installed by that one.

Racecompatibility is just a dependancy that custom race mods use to fix various bugs with vampire/werewolf transforms and other race issues. It is not modified for each custom race so there's no reason for you to try to merge them (they contain the same exact data). Just watch out that the included versions in your custom race are not outdated files. Hene just download and install from the above link and make sure you allow nothing to overwrite it.
