Need help identifying what mod is causing this?

When I change into werewolf form everything looks fine. However when one of my male followers changes they have a huge erect penis? I posted this in the SOS thread but was told it was not do to SOS. So I'm posting it here along with my load order in hopes someone can identify the problem?

Fix your load order first.

You have one bashed patch, You use Wrye bash or MO?

 

Sort it whit LOOT.

I use wrye. Do you know which mod is causing it? This is pretty much the same LO I've had for quite awhile the bottom 9 are the newest additions.

Cant tell, but your load order is wrong. When your load order is wrong anything strange can happen.

I use Wrye to and it should tell you that.

Use LOOT to sort your load order and fine tune it whit Wrye Bash.

Your first masters should look something like this.

It can be that one it tells SOS that they are aroused and it puts on one Shlong on them.
