Is this normal? (PDTWrapper)

I ran it on a save where I hadn't uninstalled any mods. Is this information itself meaningless, or should I be worried about a mod on my load order sabotaging the whole thing up?

I dont know were this came but it says you have orhan scripts in your save. From mods you have removed.
