Lord Ariakas Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Hi all, Anybody can help me with skin issues? I am using atlas body (SAM) and manga body (CBBE) with this replacer : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4686/?tab=3&selected_game=110&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fid%3D4686%26user%3D1%26gid%3D110&pUp=1 Npc face textures (Just females) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23755/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D23755&pUp=1 I am using Better vampires and in that there is an option that I am able to create a vampire, which will visually change the npc too. (vampire eyes and skin). I used this mod in the past loads of times, and I never had texture mismatch. (and I used custom textures like navatsea and sos ) Now, if I create a vampire from an npc, their head turn into grey/pale while their body is still normal colored. Can you someone can point at which textures needs to be changed in order to change the body textures too to vampire color not just the head?
smudge78 Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 There is an option in the BV menu that allows you to change an npc to a vampire w/o changing them visually. I've talked with the author in the past about this issue and it seems there is no way to visually change their appearance w/o a head mismatch. However in my recent game I can change an npc visually at first with no mismatch, but as soon as I zone they get the mismatch. It was a step in the right directions and I believe it was do to the npc with apachi hair mod.
Eth4rlad Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 Now, if I create a vampire from an npc, their head turn into grey/pale while their body is still normal colored. Sounds like some issue with the Vampire-Tintmask that's getting applied after turning. What you can do and what should help (doesn't work for everybody tho for some reason) is to replace the Vampire-Texture with the normal Human texture. Go to Skyrim/Data/textures/actors/character/female Copy and rename femalehead.dds to femaleheadvampire.dds and femalehead_msn.dds to femaleheadvampire_msn.dds , replace.
