i am getting a little problem with sound it like a spell keeps going off and i cant stop the sound

There is a esp with wrong sound, a loop sound without stop ( script) command.

But more Info please !!

What have you installed before the problem occurred?

When did the problem occur? You used a spell ? You entered a Location/ indoor-cell ? Or you start the game and the sound is there ?

Load order please !
