Actors stand around during animations

I've restarted new games multiple times, but am still facing the same issue. Sexlab used to work with an NMM install, but I wanted to migrate it to Mod Organizer so I could manage everything together. That's when it stopped working :|

I've attached a Papyrus log of me loading a clean save and initiating a scene. Please help me fix this.

According to your log Sexlab appears to be slotting the actors, picking the animation, playing all stages, and ending. So I don't think its an issue with SexLab or the mod you used to trigger SexLab. Maybe FNIS installation/Not ran correctly issue? Post your FNIS report maybe we can see something there.

Could you tell me where the FNIS report is? I couldn't find a mention of it in the sticky.

When you run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe it will show a report just drag your mouse cursor over al the text and copy/paste to your post.

I don't see sexlab or any other sexlab based mods on that report. You don't have Sexlab installed correctly. Your going to have to wait for someone else to read this post to help I have never used NMM to install mods and I have no advice on the correct way to do so. There are a lot of helpfull people here I'm sure someone will have an answer for you later in the day.

Edit: There used to be an option in NMM that was off by default that would not install text files for mods which is needed for FNIS to read. I don't know if NMM was ever updated to have that on by default but that used to be a common problem and will cause this issue. If you can find that option in NMM or search on how to turn it on that could be your issue. You would have to reinstall SexLab and probably FNIS with that option turned on.

I installed FNIS via Mod Organizer but for some reason the executable FNIS for Users and its folders didn't appear, so I thought I did something wrong. I'll give it another go.

I uninstalled FNIS from NMM and added it to MO. Generate FNIS for Users did not appear in Data/Tools, so I went to the Mod Organizer directory to run it. This is what I got:

>>Warning: Bad installation. Generator not run from a Skyrim installation directory.<<
FNIS Behavior V5.2   14-Dec-14 9:48:03 PM
Skyrim: ??.?? - D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ (Steam)
Generator: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mod Organizer\mods\Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe
>>Warning: Bad installation. Generator not run from <Skyrim_Data>\Tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users.<<

Skeleton female: Default (99 bones)   male: Default (99 bones)
Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"

Reading FNIS V5.2 ...
Reading FNISBase V5.2 ...

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files ...

Creature Pack not installed

129 animations for 2 mods successfully included (character)
 2 Warning(s).

To see if anything good had resulted, I tried initiating a scene in Skyrim and got a crash to desktop :/

Here's the log of that: Papyrus.0.log

It should say reading Sexlab animations here

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files ...

Creature Pack not installed

129 animations for 2 mods successfully included (character)    That animation count should be way higher with SexLab installed correctly.
 2 Warning(s).

try reinstalling SexLab with MO.

Edit: I see you now have a bad skyrim installation warning for FNIS. I'll search around the threads There are hundreds of topics here with these problems that have been aswered I'll see if I can find one put a link to it.

Edit:2 I'm glad Sailing Rebel got you straightened sorry for my confusion with you using NMM I was answering a similiar topic at the same time.

Nvm, I just figured out what you meant by 'run it through MO'. I did that and got this:

Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"

Reading FNISBase V5.2 ...
Reading FNISCreatureVersion V5.1 ...
Reading FNISSpells V5.0.1  ( 0 furniture, 0 offset, 9 paired, 0 kill, 0 alternate animations) ...
Reading NonSexLabAnimationPack V2.0bBETA ...
Reading SexLab V1.59c ...
Reading SexLabCreature V1.59c ...
Reading ZaZAnimationPack V5.62  ( 6 furniture, 29 offset, 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 alternate animations) ...

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files ...
Generating animationsetdatasinglefile.txt ...

Create Creature Behaviors ...
Reading SexLabCreature V1.59c ...

mt_behavior usage: 5.0 %   ( 6 furniture, 29 offset, 0 alternate animations)
0_master usage: 2.9 %   ( 9 paired, 0 kill animations)
2142 animations for 8 mods successfully included (character)
322 animations for 1 mods and 18 creatures successfully included.

Tried it in Skyrim and it works! Thanks a lot!
