I have like everything done through Mod Organizer but yet when I run FNIS says something about Creatures not being installed in default Skyrim folder.

That is because the animations are in a MO Folder. So what to do?

Are you running FNIS through MO? If you're using MO you have to run all executables through MO.

install FNIS, then go to the data tab on the right, find the exe and right click 'add as executable'.

Do you have the FNIS creature pack installed?

Yes. I did install MO into Default MO folder. Not inside Skyrim folder.... Usually that has been fine. But could that be the problem?

Copy and paste the full text from the output textbox in FNIS to a message and post it,  your vague description of the problem isn't enough

And you didn't answer the obvious question: Did you install the Creature Pack?

The FNIS output box is pretty important for us understanding your problems.

From what it sounds like, you haven't set up FNIS as an MO executable. It should be easy to find a tutorial on setting up MO executables, so do that and see if it solves your problem.
