Sexlab kept saying Skyrim in Steam is not up to date

I'm pretty sure that Steam automatically update it's games, Sexlab kept saying that 

 

"Outdated or Skyrim Install detected.

Sexlab currently required Skyrim v1.9.32 or newer in order to function

To continue to use this mod' you must update your install and reload your game" 

 

I tried to uninstall the game, delete all local content with backup files and still receive the same message after I reinstalled and started a new game

 

 

I also receive SkyUI Error Code 1, althought I'm certainly that I have the latest version of SKSE from Silverblock ( 1.7.1 )

I actually run Skyrim without SKSE loader, now you've mention it I tried to run it as skse rather than just active it in NMM and it work, thanks !! That link just saved me !
