Textures Optimizer

I was having a recurring purple textures problem so I thought I should shrink my texture folder a little.

I used this program http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801/?and followed this guide's steps http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36124/?

The purple textures problem seems to be gone and the textures so far look nice with one exception I noticed. The Osare Maid Outfit looks all shiny like it's made out of leather. What could be the problem? I wonder how many more textures are like that but haven't seen yet. I hope there's a fix, thanks!
