Broke the game Again

Hey.... So.... Yeah, I managed to break my game again.

Sorta...

Ok so lets get to the point, the problem is when I start playing the game around 5 minutes into the game it begins to drop me down to about 15 - 20 FPS which for me is unplayable. In combat I get ~ 5 FPS. This problem did not arise until after the installation of TTW. I installed TTW per the guide they have on their website however I am not sure if I missed using any of their mod conversions. There is also a chance that something may just be incompatible that I am unware of. So here are my system (specs): Windows 7, Intel Core I5 2500k @ 3.30GHz, 8192MB Ram and, Nvidia GeForce Gtx 660 Ti.

important things to note: Before I started having these problems I began turning things off to try to figure out what exactly was causing this like the ENB I had installed which is known to place strain on videocards and memory. I also had IWS prior to this I turned that off as well... Long story short I am not sure what's causing this any insight would be appreicated.

Too many plugins.

 

139 is far too many. Which even though you unticked them, they still count towards the 'High plugin count = instability' issue...

 

Drop it by 20 or so, should be fine.
