ctd upon loading new or saved game

basically it is as it says. i recently fixed my computer from a total relaod to factory settings. and now i am getting ctd's from a complete reload, here is my load order. im sure some tweaking is in order. though wry bash has everything in green save a few that are orange

that is my papyrus log. using wrye bash and lot and om. but still ctd after loading a saved game. i can load a new game jsut fine but ctd after char creation. using the alternate start mod and it crashes when i sleep in the bed.
