I just found a nice set of body textures for the vanilla races, although you need an account to download (there are some available a bugmenot).

From bugmenot mention i can assume what you've got them? I planned to put direct links under spoiler, but just discovered what now spoiler doesn't protect from unregistered "guests". So -- bugmenot bless ya..

 

upd: i've peek inside "low" pack, it contains special body meshes (for every race) in pack, which are bound to race by special .esp - so all races will be edited; but textures itself looks nice - so "can't wait" (hate this stereotype) to try it as simple replacer.
