Yes wrye bash right click the save and select the option that selects all the esps that was used at the time of the save. (I forgot what the actual option was called but it should be self explanatory). Also make sure that auto ghosting is checked.

Wry Bash will confirm what esps were active for a save file. But because you have 1450 (I don't even....) running, your best bet is probably going to be to deactivate them all, then load up Wry Bash and reactivate them according to what it says are missing.

 

Other folks might know of another tool that can show this, but Wry Bash is your friend, now's as good a time as any to learn how to set it up
