How can I wear downloaded clothes?

I downloaded a well designed clothes in the internet, but I don't know how to wear it.

Is it working like mod?

I have a downloaded file but I don't know how to use it.

Plz teach me how to use it

1) Do you have the body require to wear said armor

2) Do you have all require files to run said armor

3) Did you put it in your data folder

4) Download Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager they do step 3 for you
