disturbing lines in the sky pls help

anybody know how to fix it 

I've been intalling so many mod /enb so I lost track what happened

Are these lines minuscule horizontal multi color line tears flashing across your screen at random?

 

Do they only happen when looking at the sky?

 

Do you use an AMD graphics card? (Laptop or Desktop if you do?)
