Need help with unusual issue

[Verkan]

I'm having a problem where I load up Skyrim, it gets to the main screen but the options for continue, new game, etc are coming up and its not acting like its  crashed. When I force it closed, I have to go in with the task manager and manual end both ENB and Skyrim as somehow they are both active in the background still.
 
I have just switched over to Mod Organizer and am still learning troubleshooting with it, and have an extensive list of mods as shown below, but I've never encounter this problem when I was using NMM and nothing I've tried with Loot or TESVedit seems to solve it. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

What is going on exactly? You can't select the options so you're stuck there? Has it been working with MO before and just now got weird?

When you choose a profile (in the drop down above the installed mods list) and the small window opens, do you have the "local savegames" checked or not? If so then each profile keeps it's own set of saves, and if not they go to documents/my games/Skryim. You want local savegames.

I don't even get that option. I just get the Skyrim logo, no smoke, nothing to select, no cursor. It looks like its frozen, but it doesn't list it as being Non-Responsive in Task Manager
