prideslayer Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Sexus and Sexout are not the same thing. Sexout is a new vegas mod, though there is work underway to port it to fallout 3. Most of the sexout mods are oriented towards a female PC.

SexoutNG, Sexout SCR, SexoutSex, Smallertalk, and Sexout Pregnancy should do fine if you don't want that. Of course if you do, have at. I just don't want anyone to get an...unfortunate surprise.
