Good-looking armor for female characters that is not intended for a stripper?

Hi,

Whenever I go searching on LL/Nexus/whathaveyou, I find a million skimpy armors and almost never find any good looking armors that are not intended for a stripper.
I'm not complaining about this, and I'm not surprised by this result at all, especially with how many teenagers have student access to 3ds Max - To each their own.

I simply want some help finding the armors that do not fit that category.

I have a weird fetish where I want my dragonborn to look cool, and like a warrior, rather than a stripper. I'm looking for good armor mods that are intended for or fit a female character without being overly feminine. (e.g armors that have flower skirts. For some reason.)

One example of this is the Crimson Ranger Armor, a variant of which is included in Immersive Armors. Another is Eisen Platte Armor, although I had to fix the tiny arms and waist to make it look more human.

I don't care what body it is intended for. If I like it, I'll adapt it. It'll take me a whole two minutes in Blender.

Well, one that I know of is the triss armor from Witcher 2, which you can find on the nexus, or the northgirl armor as well. Good luck, I get that same urge to get some "badass" non-skimpy outfits

I thought "Sleek Steel" looked really good in game, with the blue texrture version. Comes as Standalone or Replacer.

I don't like the look of that one. It looks like the chainmail equivalent of jeggings.
The Sleek Steel was definitely made to look sexy.

Unfortunately, I run into a bit of a problem there, a result of a male-dominated modding community -

The armors that are made to look cool are built for men. Armors that are made for women are built to look sexy.

I want armors that look cool and are built for women.

Already have northgirl, on't like it. The Sovereign Slayer one is close, but still looks silly to me with the overly feminine skirt.

Fuck it.

I'll make my own goddamn armor with blackjack and no hookers.

I get what you are looking for but you do know that you are supposed to wear suits of armor with skirt right? It's both decorative and functional. The stuff without skirt is for display only.

EDIT: In case there is any confusion, long tunic for armored men is just a skirt.

EDIT: In case there is any confusion, long tunic for armored men is just a skirt.

A skirt is fine if it's intended to be used as armor - many historical armors were based on skirts.

But the skirts I'm referring to are literal cloth skirts attached to the armor for no reason - like someone tried to make a schoolgirl in plate armor.

DtD, I like the Hedge Mage Armor and the Contractor/Mavari Armor, will definitely give those a DL.
