Fallout NV: Getting started

So, the title pretty much sums it up - any tips on where I should start with sex mods and all that, what I need and stuff like that(basically something that explains everything I need to know to get things going)? And if there is already a page that exists for exactly this reason and answers all my questions, then I apologise for being blatantly moronic and missing it and kindly ask for links.
