Would there be any way to get this sweat effect to apply to males?

I dunno, these aren't technically "Adult mods", it's just sweat. but nexus says so, so I put it in this section anyway, I'm sorry if it's incorrect.

Alright, so I got this mod, and I like it a lot.

it has texture for both males and females, but to get the "3d effect" as shown in the screenshot i need this mod

I don't know the specifics, but I get the nice 3d effect when I drag the second mod above the first in MO. The first mod says I need the second mod's "diffuse maps" to get it but I had no idea what that even meant (lol) so i just installed it and dragged it above.

 

The thing is that the second mod only has

"diffuse maps?" i'm guessing, for female bodies only

 

so i'm curious if there's anything that can be done to get it for the male body so that I can get that effect for males as well?

 

I'm sorry if I'm making this sound more confusing than it really is lol, I literally have no idea what I'm even talking about.
