What adult game creation toolsets are there?

Practically all games can be modded, but not with the same ease as those listed in this forum and not all of them are suited for adult modding.

 

I figured we could list all game toolsets that are usable by the average joe (or jane  ) who might have some knowlege of scripting but who isn't a full time programmer.

 

Fallout NV, Fallout 3, Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind are the most discussed on this forum so I leave thouse out.

Neverwinter Nights contains a fantasy game that is very dated by todays standars but is still contains one of the best toolsets up to date if one wants to argue user friendlyness in a complex game. Note that I use this description quite generoulsy as I hardly find everything user friendly about it, but it beats all of the aforementioned games when it comes to the game designer wanting to write complex dialogues, which is a hassle in the GECK and papyrus toolsets. Contains mods that make the pixels hump each other, but I prefer the fade to black and writted descriptions due to the dated graphics.

R.A.G.S game engine  toolset used to create a more complex version of choose-your-own-adventure style games that have posibillites such as keeping track of stats, equipment and similar. I would love to use it if it wasnt for the fact that its a subscription payment which makes you pay for the same product every month. If anybody knows of any alternatives, please let me know.

RPG MAKER This toolset I know little about. Ive been put off by the graphics that looks like your worst Nintendo 8-bit nightmares but I dont want do judge it before I've tried it out. From all appearances it looks like a powerful toolset that also allows you do to plenty.

Shadowrun: Returns A newer adaption of the cyberpunk pen-and-paper RPG. Orcs with samurai swords meet gnomes with hacking skills in a rpg viewed Baldurs Gate style (same perspective as NWN). Ive played through the vanilla campaign and it was a decent adventure, but I have yet to try the toolset or seen any mods with adult content.

From what I understand there is at least one adult mod out on the nexus, but I dont feel like going through the hassle of reinstalling to try it out to see the posibillities.

Anybody who knows about how easy/difficult it is to use the toolset, please write below.

Divinity: Original Sin New fantasy RPG viewed from above (old school baldurs gate-style) that is supposed to offer more interactions with the enviroment than any similar games. You can for instance pick up a empty bottle and fill it with water, or light puddles of oil on fire, pick items apart and craft them together ect. I've only tried it out shortly, but it seems to me like a effort to make a more interesting enviroment while in the end beeing limited by the work of the game's design. Your interactions are limited to that the game developer had in mind if you understand what I'm trying to say.

Also, one of the downsides is that this game to some extent is action oriented in the same that every player character has magical special abillities, something that I kind of dislike since I would want the possibillity to be able to avoid magic to some extent in these kind of games.

One of the major selling points for this game was that it was supposed to come with a toolset that is easy to use. You have to download it separately and I haven't tried it out yet, someone who has can please step forward and give a review.

DAZ 3D/Poser 8 + Flash I wanted to list this here since I quite enjoy the games created by the LOP-company. Also, I find it to be the only adult games created in a modern day enviroment. While creating similar games might be quite a challenge for a single person (they are a company with paid staff after all), I still wanted to list it here. If anybody knows of a less complex toolset that allows you to create adult games in a modern day enviroment let me know.
