[ENB]White fog,dark background

So i recently had to reinstall windows because I installed a new MB and CPU and that means i had to reinstall skyrim.Everything worked fine till I installed enbs...

No ENB seems to be working...bFloatPointRenderTarget is set to 1,AntiAliasing and Anistropic filtering are disabled so idk...

I was able to run ENBs without problems before I reinstalled the game.My new hardware isn't the problem because I was able to run the game with enb with my new hardware.I just reinstalled the game and now it's like this.

Gameplay Performance ENB:


Air ENB (dunno if the blue fog is intended but the water is fine with gameplay performance enb)

 

enbseries.ini with EnableMist = false on Gameplay Performance ENB

I reinstalled Skyrim again and now it seems to be working fine...
