Is there any way to be a bottom always?

I'm not really sure if there is a setting, a button, a mod, but I want to know if there was any way to make your character always be a bottom.

Usually in stuff like Loversrapers the pc is in the defensive position unless they're attacking (and with some script work I'm sure that could be changed, they did some neat offender/defender reversing for rapist females), in LoversAdultpay or whatever you can just ask to be in the receptive pose.
