Sunja44 Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 As you are able to adjust Facial Expressions in SexLab for some time now, I always wondered if there is any difference between "mood" expressions and "dialogue" expressions in Skyrim ? As an example I adjust for both expression types the same values, will there be any difference for the case I switch from "mood" to "dialogue" or vice versa ? Is the difference between both types maybe just the trigger event for them ? So mood expressions may show up only outside of dialogues, while dialogue expressions are restricted to dialogues ? Simple as that ?
blabba Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Having looked at the tri file itself, Moods and Expressions are just different types of morphs from the Dialogue morphs. Moods and Expressions usually only change facial features excluding the mouth (squinty eyes etc...) Dialogue expressions change the mout area exclusively usually, like 'O' shape etc... for different vowel sounds. AFAIK, the game accesses both the same way, and that what you see in-game dialogue is usually a mix of multiple Mood/Expressions and Dialogue morphs
Sunja44 Posted November 10, 2014 Author Posted November 10, 2014 Thx for response. Does that mean that I have to choose between eye and eyebrow expressions (mood expressions) OR mouth expressions (dialogue expression) or does that not matter at all for SexLab scenes (because SexLab controls both ?). I ask this question because I sometimes had the feeling that something of my preadjusted facial expressions (mood strength 100) is missing...
