Guest Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 All these "tutorials" on how to get HDT Belly is too confusing for me. I don't understand almost anything about HDT 'n stuff. Does this hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml cause the HDT stuff? If yes, how do I get one with belly collision. I tried a lot of .xml files saying there's belly collision, but none of 'em work. If no, which extras do I need to make it work? Is there any good tutorial with images/videos that shows you how to perfectly add all HDT? English isn't my native language, and all these "Step 1: ..." is confusing to me. It goes from one link to another.
AngerBear Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Your body and skeleton nifs need to have belly node support. Your body nif must also have weight painted to the belly vertices. Better off to DL an HDT compatible body with belly support and one of Groovtama's max skeletons.

Which bodies do have belly weight?
Sunja44 Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 1) Of course you need all prerequisites for HDT PE (v14.28 is recommended because it's the most recent). Look here: HDT PE The default HDT...BBP.xml will deliver no belly bounce (just breast and butt bounce), this needs to be tweaked or just get a xml.file from here on LL (there should be dozens around which deliver breast, butt and belly bounce). Another option from Nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59416/?]HDT Bounce and Jiggles. Look here on LL for an installation guide for HDT PE (it needs some .ini tweaks under the HAVOK section too for example). Be aware that not every bbp.xml file will work flawlessy with every body mesh and shape data. Sometimes there will be glitches. So look at best for bbp.xml files for your own used body type (in my experience they mostly work anyways. I am able to use 7B bbp.xml files for CBBE at least) or learn to tweak the .xml file for yourself by JFF. Twealking difficulty increases as more HDT jiggle features you add (breast, butt, bounce, hair, capes, weapons, collision etc.). 2) Groovetama's XMPSE 2.14 skeleton (and of course all prerequisites for this type of skeleton as usual, Realistic Ragdolls 'n Force etc.) 2) a HDT capable body and/or outfit mesh. I use CBBE Body HDT for example v3.3, available on Nexus. Just choose CBBE Body HDT as slider in Bodyslide, adjust your sliders, hit build body, enjoy.

Belly, breast and butt. The only thing I still don't understand is how to make SOS able to collide with the belly. Do I need the .xml file located here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26891-how-to-enable-hdt-belly-distortions-with-sos/? #3 on the installation says it contain a modified hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml I have (probably) the rest: the correct skeleton & the CBBE body with all three physics.
Sunja44 Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Sorry, I can't help for setting up BBB + collisions (here with SOS). It's a major tweaking difficulty to get BBB + collisions to work flawlessly without glitches just by tweaking the bbp.xml file in JFF. Usualy you get that only to work when you are able to work with Nifscope and apply changes directly to bones and meshes. I am too stupid for that at moment, still learning too :-) Just read the description carefully and maybe ask your questions in the thread overthere.
