First Person Camera under the floor

Just started up Oblivion after a few months that i spent playing around with skyrim and found a very weird issue with the camera in first person. When i look down, the camera goes down instead of tilting down, at some places even to the point where it goes through the floor texture. Doesn't happen in 3rd person.

 

The weird thing is, Oblivion was working with no issue when i started with Skyrim and i didn't touch it since. Is it somehow possible something from skyrim screwed it up?

No.  Nothing you do to or with skyrim will effect oblivion in the way you are talking about.

Then what could it be if i didn't touch anything?

You touching something and forgetting that you did?  Who knows......
