Can't use arrows

Hi I don't know what happened or when there was ever a glitch.  But lately I can't use arrows to shoot with. They just won't shoot.  And the arrows show sagging down my characters back, not in the correct position they should be.  How do you solve this glitch?  Please help.

With this amount of information: Do a total reinstall

Did you install any new mods lately, or rearrange some mods? If you're not using MO, did you overwrite any files? Did you use loot to arrange your loadorder properly?

 

So, the only advice I can give: Try to remember when this bug first has shown up, or at least make en educated guess and then look for mods you installed somewhat around this time. Look up any incompatibilities (why, english?) with other mods and try to find patches or uninstall the mod you lesser need/want.
