BodySlide 2 and troubles with mod organizer

"Could not find your skyrim installation (registry key). Did you launch it through the official launcher once?" 

 

This is the error I receive when launching bodyslide 2 through mod organizer. This is my first time using the program specifically so sorry if this is a simple fix. 

 

The install was ran through the mod organizer program, it is installed on my (F:) drive which is an SSD, I'm not sure if that's a contributing factor or not.

 

Appreciate the assistance.
