How to turn off the "You want to hook up with me" dialog option?

Hello, Is there a way to turn off the "You want to hook up with me" dialog option?

 

It's always pop up there on top of my dialogue when initiating conversation of NPC. I've been mistakenly clicked that several times, causing me having sexual intercourse with unwilling males.

Are you using SexAddicts mod? IIRC that dialogue line is from SexAddicts.

Oh. Well, if you want to keep the mod but lose that dialogue line you could always edit it out using the Creation Kit I suppose.
