Sevenbase is based off UNP body. The official mod on the nexus says so. It even says you can use ANY UNP-body texture, and it will work for Sevenbase.

Try http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32986/?

it's a very good one.

The missing hand however..  I can't really tell if it's a texture only issue, did you installed all the Sevenbase meshes correctly? I think there's hands meshes. You should have both hands & feet meshes and the last one for the whole body.

From the DESCRIPTION(!!!!!) over at the SeveNBase page:

"SeveNBase Installation(READ THIS CAREFULLY!!):

Step 1:
If you haven't already installed a UNP skin texture set, do this now.

Step 2:
Install the SeveNBase body of your choice(you can do this with the Modmanger or manually)

Step 3:
Install a compatible skeleton. BBP compatible for the Natural, the Original or the Bombshell body. TBBP compatible for the TBBP body(take a look at the FORUMS tab of this page, there is a list of Skulltyrant's TBBP skeletons). XP32's Maximum skeleton is BBP AND TBBP compatible. [AS MENTIONED ABOVE, I WOULD RECOMMEND GROOVTAMA'S XPMSE 2.0+ SKELETON, unless you want BBP for some reason].
OVERWRITE the files from the SeveNBase package.

Step 4:
If you are using FNIS you will have to run GenearatFNISforUsers.

Step 5:
Have fun! [MANDATORY]
"

Follow this, & you can't go wrong! Don't forget to use Svarog's UNP Texture Blender to fix any seams - just pick the version that matches the UNP textures you chose. ^_^
