Sexout Tryout issue

I am not sure what I did wrong, Sexout works fine, however when I speak to the receptionist at the Gomorrah I do not get the dialog to ask if they need some talent.

 

I am also not getting approached by anyone to tryout Cass or Sunny. I set NCR to 100% and walked around Camp McCarron and was never approached.

1. Tryouts are focused on a female NPC.

2. WorkingGirl has a progression. You can't work at the gomorrah until you've done some time at the wrangler, etc. I don't know if there is supposed to be dialog in game explaining that.

 

Read the mod instructions in the first post for the mods. Don't scan, skim, or skip. Read and comprehend. Reading past the first post is beneficial as well.

I just tried it with one of my Female characters and still not being approached. I did get the mission to go to the prison and when I went they treated me like normal.
