Graphics bug with new tree/ climate mod

I am trying the Summer season mod for Climates of Tamriel along with the optional; trees plugin and the recommended Lush Trees and Grasses and I really like the change but I have a problem that may make using it not possible. In the distance the trees are a weird structure look, almost appears to be buildings but as you run toward the they go from a flat wall to a tree. I would really like to fix it and use these mods rather than just get rid of one or both, any ideas?
